- Incoming transfer student from another college or university outside the IU system
- Minimum 3.0 college cumulative GPA
- Minimum 26 credit hours completed
- Enrolled full-time and degree-seeking at IU Fort Wayne
Renewal requirements: There are no renewal requirements
